I regularly lead classes for the Los Gatos JCC, as well as some additional sporadic classes on my own. Please check back here occasionally to see the updated schedule.
JCC classes are denoted with this icon and registration is required.

- An email will be sent to you immediately with the private link to the class, so after you register, please check your email.
- Note: You can register for multiple weeks at a time – no need to wait to register right before class!

This class is tailored for active adults focusing on gently building cardiovascular endurance, daily life strength and body balance.

FIT (Forever in Training)
Light on the joints & easy to follow, this low impact aerobics and strength class uses light weights, functional movements, and gets your heart pumping and muscles working!

Core Stretch
A Pilates-based workout focusing on shoulder, abdominal, hip, glute, and back strength. Ending with a deep stretch and breath work.
