Wish

 In Blog

What I wish for you is to be seen.  All of you.  The light of love you bring. The shadows you hide. The fullness you share and the sickness you nurse. That all of you is seen.   Without question, wonder, worry, or fear.  Seen whole and complete in your fullness and your fractured pieces.

What I wish for you to be is heard. So that you know your words matter. The things you speak when your fire is burning.  The things you say in your small space. That your voice is heard with doubt or defense, but as your truth and your armor.  So you know all your words are powerful and worthy.

What I wish for you is to be held. That your body trusts the hands upon you. That you are free to feel your own skin warmed. That you are embraced without debt or power, but in the calm and quiet of trust and connection.  That you know what is held is yours.  And you can let your body be safe.

What I wish for you is love. Of all that is you. Of all your broken pieces, your silenced words, your bruised bones.  And in that love you find yourself complete and human and whole. May that love be yours.

My wish for you.
